Commercial Roof Coating
Specialists

Harry and the team completed a commercial roofing project at our office last week. They were all fantastic to deal with, updating us throughout the works, and put in a lot of care to make the process as seamless as possible. Thanks guys - couldn't recommend more highly!

The team at Melbourne Protective Coatings went above and beyond my expectations. Their team were very easy to deal with, thorough, and professional in their approach to repairing, sealing and coating all of our rusted box gutters, and entire upper roof of our office warehouse. The solution has effectively prolonged the life of our roof for at least the next 10 years. Thank you Harry and team.

I am based in Brisbane and contacted Melbourne protective coatings to seal a small retail center roof that had multiple leaks and rust. The guys were a pleasure to deal with, did everything they quoted with a minimum of fuss and on time. We will definitely use them again as the job was perfect.

Harry and his team professionally treated and sealed our rusting metal roof on a block of 6 units.
It saved us replacing the roof at a fraction of the cost and they give a 10 year guarantee and possibly lasting another 20 years.
We were also prepared to replace the gutters but surprisingly Harry offered to treat and seal them at no extra charge.
Such amazing value and generosity from this easy to deal with company.
I would highly recommend them anytime.
Thanks Harry and Team

I like congratulate Harry and his every member of his team for providing such a fantastic job. I am particularly impressed with all the members who I came to contact with. The professionalism, empathy and friendliness left me with confidence of their after sales service and it was subsequently proven to be true when I needed to help me with a bit of cleaning up
Thank you again Harry and his team

A very happy customer of MPC. Communication was great from sales through to completion. Everyone was friendly and not pushy. The boys who completed the job (especially Damien) was professional and 100% thorough. Picking up a spot that was missed on the post review (I didn’t spot it, he did), so he jumped backed up to ensure it was fixed. I saved around 60-70% going down this route instead of a reroof and the fact it comes with a warranty, I feel confident that I’ll have no more leaks. I think the photos speak for themselves. Thanks all!!!

I spoke to Harry from Melbourne Protective Coating when we got the keys to our new location. I needed the inside and outside the building to be painted. I sent him our brand guidelines and he worked everything else. One of the walls was tricky but the team came back and painted the wall multiple times until we were happy with the results. They even gave our eves a good wash!!! Cannot recommend them highly enough, their attention to details was second to none!!!

Harry and his team at Melbourne Protective Coatings did an amazing job to restore our rusty roof using their anti-corrosion waterproof membrane. Harry is an awesome guy and a pleasure to work with. From discussing options, putting together a quote, finding a block of warm, dry days in the middle of winter to start the work, and even doing some extra painting for free, Harry and his team made this so easy. The quality of their work is excellent and was so much cheaper than a new roof. I would highly recommend Harry and his team for any painting work, especially if it’s something technical like properly restoring a rusty roof.

Harry and his Team did an amazing job restoring the rusted roof on our apartment block roof saving owners $$$$ on an entire roof replacement. Harry liaised with the OC walking us step by step through the process.

MPC were incredibly communicative and responsive to any a needs of owners and tenants. From start to finish they went above and beyond to provide and deliver a high quality finish and customer service.

Would highly recommend MPC for any painting project, and will be using them for all our future painting works.

Thanks guys! You’re legends!

Melbourne Protective Coatings recently repaired a retail roof I manage, and we haven’t had a single leak since. Excellent work and a budget-friendly alternative to a full replacement. Highly recommend Harrison and his team.

Excellent experience with Harry and his team . Responsive , consultative, timely . Overall great customer service , follow up and attention to detail . Finish looks great. I don't have any more roofs to clean or seal otherwise I would have Harry on the job again . 10 out of 10 . Tony . Kew

Harry and the team recently restored our metal roof with one of their waterproof anti rust membrane paint systems. I am happy the roof is now water tight and the life of the roof should be prolonged for 20 plus years. A bonus of the roof restoration is that the white paint on the roof reflects the heat, keeping the roof and the house significantly cooler. The workmanship has a six year warranty, and the product has a further warranty, which gives great peace of mind. Thank you, Harry and the team..

We got Melbourne Protective Coatings to do a restoration job before it became a replacement job on our roof. The aim was to stop some leaks, prevent further corrosion and to provide some thermal insulation. We got all that.

Harry turned up on time a gave us a clear explanation of the process and time required. The guys turned up on time and were as non-intrusive as they could be. They also communicated each step of the way what would be done and how it would effect us. A pleasure to work with on our restoration. I could not recommend them highly enough.

We engaged Melbourne Protective Coatings to undertake a large project for us that had been problematic for quite some time and had several other companies tangled in confusion and despair.

Melbourne Protective Coatings are 100% professional in every way, they put together a strategy to carry out the project and outperformed my expectations everyday. Anyone associated with the company while carrying out the project was professional and respectfully a pleasure to work with.

We have been in construction a long time and it’s rare to come across a company of motivated professionals like Melbourne Protective Coatings that perform so well in their given field.

I can honestly say, they come highly recommend by me personally and from our company.

Looking forward to working with them again in the future.

Dealing with Harry at Melbourne Protective Coatings was a great experience. He is a true professional in that he delivered on the roof repair and coating according to what was promised in an efficient and stress free manor that made the project a breeze to complete. His follow up after completing the work was also very reassuring.

Harry and his team of Ryan, Lucille, Steve, and Jake recently painted our double storey weatherboard house in Blackburn.

They arrived on time every day and were always happy to start their work.

Harry spent quite a bit of his time prior to the job to discuss colours, times, and costs etc. Harry was patient as we could not make up our minds about colours.

He pointed us in the right direction. Harry kept us informed via text or call on what was going to be painted each day and who, out of his team, would be there.

The team were professional and polite at all times. We were amazed at how much preparation (including a full clean of the weatherboards) that they did.

The team took pride in their work, the finish of the painting, and the house was left tidy every day.

Harry completed some extra work for us that we weren’t expecting. We were very grateful for this.

We are very happy with the look of our house and have had numerous people tell us how good it looks.

A special thanks to Ryan and Steve, who were able to patch two tricky parts on our front verandah rail and fascia. They look as good as new.

I thoroughly recommend the team at Melbourne Protective Coatings for your next paint job.

Harry and his team at MPC were terrific, and a key part of the team restoring the facade of The Corner Hotel Alexandra. Lovely, friendly crew, happy to make changes and came in on budget. Would highly recommend.
